Adams and Reese Announces New Partners for 2012

Adams and Reese is pleased to announce the election of the following attorneys to partnership, effective January 1, 2012: attorneys Scott Cheatham, Jaimmé Collins, Shelly Spansel and Lauren Tafaro in the firm’s New Orleans office; attorney Andrew Freeman in the firm’s Mobile office; and attorney Quinn Henderson in the firm’s St. Petersburg office.

Adams and Reese Elects Gif Thornton as Executive Committee Chairman

Nashville attorney Gif Thornton has been elected Chairman of the Executive Committee at Adams and Reese LLP. The Executive Committee, comprised of six partners, oversees the strategic operations of the firm and its attorneys and staff in 13 offices in six states and Washington, DC. This is Thornton’s second term as Chairman after serving in the role in 2010.

Tampa Bay Business Journal Ranks Adams and Reese Among Top Bankruptcy Firms in Florida

Adams and Reese ranked fourth among the top bankruptcy law firms in Florida, according to the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s annual list of Bankruptcy Law Firms, ranked by number of local bankruptcy attorneys. Adams and Reese has 14 bankruptcy attorneys in Florida among its three offices in Sarasota, St. Petersburg and Tampa.
