Adams and Reese announces that two well-known partners Dale Allen and Tony Swafford; a highly-respected, governmental affairs advisor Holly McDaniel; and an up-and-coming associate Kyle Young have joined the regional law firm in the Nashville office. All four were previously with the Miller & Martin law firm in Nashville.

Paige Sensenbrenner, Senior Partner in Charge of the Adams and Reese New Orleans office, has been selected as a Fellow of the International Society of Barristers, a membership of about 800 attorneys adjudged and nominated by their peers and judges to be “outstanding in the field of advocacy,” honoring the role of trial lawyer in the justice system.

Adams and Reese had 97 attorneys, covering 66 total practice areas, named to the 2012 edition of Best Lawyers®, all selected and voted on by their peers and the oldest and most respected peer-review publication in the legal profession. Sharon Bridges, current General Counsel and immediate past Vice President of the National Bar Association, the nation’s oldest and largest national association of predominantly African American lawyers and judges, has joined the law firm of Adams and Reese as a Litigation Partner in the firm’s Jackson office.

Adams and Reese Partner Lucian Pera, in the firm’s Memphis office, was installed as Treasurer of the American Bar Association, at the close of the organization’s annual meeting, held August 4-9 in Toronto, Canada. Pera will serve a three-year term, concluding at the close of the ABA Annual Meeting in August 2014. The ABA is the largest voluntary professional organization in the world.

Gordon “Sandy” Sanford, former Special Counsel to AT&T Mississippi, and a lobbyist and attorney with the Willoughby Law Group in Ridgeland, Mississippi, joins the law firm of Adams and Reese as Special Counsel in the Special Business Services Group, practicing in the Jackson office.
