Armstrong Teasdale LLP announces the addition of three attorneys to the Intellectual Property practice group. With associates Jesse S. Harper and Brian T. Slater and of counsel, Douglas B. Teaney the total number of lawyers in the Intellectual Property practice group has risen to 58—19 of those have joined since January 1, 2011.

Winston Calvert, an Armstrong Teasdale litigator and former professional clarinetist, has been named to the board of the Prison Performing Arts, a program that involves incarcerated youth and adults in the performing arts to inspire intellectual curiosity and personal development.

Angie Fletcher, a lawyer at Armstrong Teasdale, has been named to the board of Nonprofit Missouri, an alliance of the state’s nonprofit organizations. Fletcher, a member of the firm’s Corporate Services practice group, received her J.D. from the Saint Louis University School of Law in 2008 and her B.A., cum laude, from Webster University in 2003.

Dr. George Tatung Wu, an Armstrong Teasdale Intellectual Property attorney, has been selected to serve on the Missouri Asian American Bar Association’s board of directors. He has also been named Committee Chair for Membership of the Asian American Chamber of Commerce of St. Louis.

Armstrong Teasdale announces the addition of five new associates to the firm, bringing the total number of firm wide attorneys to 242. The firm’s newest hires join many of the top practice groups; including intellectual property, litigation, corporate and financial services.

Armstrong Teasdale has been named to the BTI Client Service A-Team 2012, an annual report based on client feedback about service excellence. BTI Consulting Group said there are 306 firms named to the 2012 list.

Richard G. Campbell, Jr., an Armstrong Teasdale partner and business litigator, has been named managing attorney of the firm’s Nevada offices effective January 1, 2012. In this position, he will oversee lawyers based in the Reno and Las Vegas offices.
