Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP announces the relocation of its Boston office to 28 State Street, 24th Floor. The move was necessitated by the steady and continuing growth of the office, which today includes 17 lawyers, four of whom have joined within the last year, plus support staff.

Group Includes Real Estate Attorney Neil Rollnick and Bankruptcy Lawyer Charles Tatelbaum Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP announces that Neil S. Rollnick, former chair of Yoss LLP’s real estate practice group and partner-in-charge of that firm’s Miami office, and Charles Tatelbaum, partner at Yoss and former chair of its bankruptcy and creditors' rights department, have joined Hinshaw as partners.

The national law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP announces that Patrick L. Patras has joined the firm as a Partner in its Intellectual Property Practice Group. He will practice in Hinshaw’s Chicago office. Previously, Mr. Patras was a Partner with Jenner & Block in Chicago. 

Ronald Pena, a Partner in the Miami office of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, has been appointed to a third term on the Dade County Defense Bar Association (DCDBA) board of directors. Mr. Pena served as president of the association in 2007 – 2008, is a member of the organization’s Steering Committee and has been a board member since 2009.

Damian M. Fletcher, a Partner in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida, office of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, has been named to the board of directors of Faye Clark's New Horizons, a nonprofit organization serving developmentally disabled adults in South Florida.

Barbara Fernandez, a Partner in the Miami office of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, has been appointed to a second term as president of the Dade County Defense Bar Association (DCDBA). Ms. Fernandez has served as president of the organization since 2009.

Cheryl Wilke, a Partner in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida, office of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, as been selected as one of the “Most Effective Lawyers of South Florida” by the Daily Business Review, South Florida’s most influential business newspaper. Ms. Wilke was one of only 90 attorneys chosen for inclusion on the list, and of only three in the area of labor and employment.

The national law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP announces that Ronald O. Armbrust has joined the firm as Senior Counsel in its Insurance Services Practice Group. He will practice in Hinshaw’s Fort Lauderdale office. Previously, Mr. Armbrust was a Partner with the Florida law firm, Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A.
