Harrisburg, PA – McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC is pleased to announce that attorney Stephen A. Moore has been recognized as the Gary Yenkowski Award recipient for 2011. The Yenkowski Award is given to a Member each year in honor of deceased McNees Partner, Gary Yenkowski.

McNees attorney, Barbara Darkes, has accepted the role of co-chair of the firm's Litigation practice. This will be an exciting addition for Darkes, who also currently chairs the Transportation, Distribution and Logistics group. McNees has experienced great success with co-chairperson roles in its practice groups, Litigation being the fourth area with an added co-chairperson.
