Preserving and Reusing a Charleston Landmark Moore & Van Allen PLLC (MVA) is pleased to announce that it will be relocating the firm’s Charleston Office to the upper floors of the former Kress Department Store, located at 281 King Street in Charleston, in early 2013. The building was originallyconstructed in 1931. Between now and the move, the interior of the building to be occupied by MVA will undergo an extensive restoration.
