Jamie Hedgepath Earns Certification in Employment and Labor Law

The South Carolina Supreme Court has certified Jamie Hedgepath as a Specialist in Employment and Labor Law. Hedgepath, a Member (Partner) in the firm’s Greenville office, is the eighth Nexsen Pruet attorney to earn the designation.

April Lucas Elected President of International Trade Group

Nexsen Pruet attorney April Lucas has been unanimously elected as the President of the Midlands International Trade Association (MITA). Lucas is co-chair of the firm’s Economic Development Group and her term began on January 1st.

For Third Consecutive Year, Billy Wilkins Named to Greenville’s “Most Influential” List

The January 2012 edition of Greenville Business magazine names Nexsen Pruet attorney Billy Wilkins to its list of "50 Most Influential" people in Greenville. Wilkins, who is former Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, has been named to the list each year since returning to private practice in the Upstate.

John Cole to Help Businesses Navigate New Legislation

Nexsen Pruet attorney John Cole has been appointed as Director of Governmental Affairs for the North Carolina State Council of the Society of Human Resource Management. The one-year term, which began on January 1st, is Cole’s second.

Suzi Grigg Honored by the SC Bankruptcy Law Association
