Pierce Atwood LLP is proud to announce that its Boston patent attorney, Erik Saarmaa, has become a partner of the firm as of January 1, 2012. Erik has a broad-based practice focusing on counseling companies and investors in protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights private and public companies, including start-ups. He joined the firm in March 2010 as counsel.

Pierce Atwood LLP is pleased to announce that its partner-in-charge of the Washington, DC office, Randall Rich, has been named Leader of the Energy Practice Group. He will remain partner-in-charge in addition to his duties as practice group leader.
