On Tuesday, May 10, 2011, Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP hosted a two hour CLE seminar for in house counsels at the Woodbridge Hilton. The seminar, “Strategies to Reduce Litigation Costs and Improve Results,” was moderated by Joseph M. Aronds, Assistant General Counsel at Hartz Mountain Industries, Inc. Siegel Lecture Series & Leon Hess Business School H.R. Young Lecture on White Collar Crime” on April 14th, 2011 at Wilson Hall at Monmouth University.

Meryl A.G. Gonchar, co-chair of the Real Estate Department of Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP, was the recipient of the Woman of the Year Award from Garden State Woman in the category of Women’s Initiatives. Ms. Gonchar was selected for this honor in recognition of her work in helping to found the GRS&D Women’s Leadership Forum and her service on its Committee.
