Ted Edwards Promotes New Initiatives to Serve Local Community Ted Edwards, an attorney from the Raleigh office of Smith Moore Leatherwood, will begin his term as president of the Wake County Bar Association on Jan. 1, 2012. Edwards is a construction counselor and litigator with the firm.
