Whitesman Assumes Chair of Florida Bar Tax Section The law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is pleased to announce that Guy E. Whitesman has become Chair of the Tax Section of The Florida Bar as of July 1, 2010. Mr. Whitesman is a long time active member of the Executive Council of the Tax Section.
