Stradley Ronon attorney Neal Troum was elected to the board of directors of the Darlington Arts Center in Garnet Valley, Pa. – which provides lessons and workshops in different art media, as well as an arts venue for the community. As a member of the board, Troum will oversee the business affairs of the center.

PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon attorney Heather Tashman Fritts was appointed to the executive committee of the Business Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association – which provides business lawyers educational opportunities across a broad range of substantive areas, as well as opportunities to network with other attorneys.

Stradley Ronon partner Eric Hurwitz will present at the National Business Institute’s seminar entitled, “Boot Camp: Foreclosure and Loan Workout Procedures,” on Feb. 8, 2012 in Philadelphia. The seminar will address a number of topics including the foreclosure process, loan modifications, short sale procedures and receivership.

Stradley Ronon partner Jonathan Grosser was re-elected to the Greater Philadelphia chapter of CoreNet Global board of directors. CoreNet Global is the world’s leading association for corporate real estate and workplace professionals. With about 140 members, the Philadelphia Chapter encompasses Greater Philadelphia, the western suburbs, southern New Jersey and Wilmington, Del.

Stradley Ronon employees participated in the Back on My Feet Sneaker Day fundraiser for the Philadelphia chapter of Back on My Feet – a nonprofit organization that promotes the self-sufficiency of homeless populations by engaging them in running as a means to build confidence, strength and self-esteem. All participants donated five dollars to wear sneakers to work for the day.

Stradley Ronon partner Joseph McHale will present, “Current Issues in Pharmacy Law,” at the 33rd Annual Symposium on Advances in Pharmacy Practice sponsored by the University of the Sciences on Jan. 29 in Philadelphia. McHale will focus on the current legal and regulatory environment related to medication guides, duty to warn, duty to fill and conscience clauses.
