Aida Wondwessen Joins Winstead PC

Aida Wondwessen joined the Dallas office of Winstead PC on Sep. 7, 2010. She will work as an associate in the Business Restructuring/Bankruptcy practice group. She received her J.D. from SMU Dedman School of Law where she was case note and comment editor for Science and Technology Law Review.

Winstead PC has hired Lacey L. Gourley as a shareholder in the Austin office. She was previously with Bracewell & Giuliani LLP.

Winstead Welcomes Tax Attorney Jennifer Patterson

Winstead PC has hired Jennifer K. Patterson as of counsel, working in Winstead's Taxation, Employee Benefits and Private Business practice group. Patterson helps clients with state and local tax issues, including sales and use tax, franchise tax, motor fuels tax and property tax. In addition to tax matters, her practice also covers government relations and economic development for clients.

Winstead's San Antonio Office Announces New Telecommunications/Real Estate Practice

Winstead has hired Donna B. Barton, an attorney who will lead Winstead efforts to provide a niche practice in the San Antonio office focused on telecommunications, real estate and the integration of technology with the operations of real estate assets.
