Fisher Rushmer’s Jamie Billotte Moses Appointed President of the Legal Aid Society
ORLANDO, Fla. (June 10, 2010) - June 10, 2010 — The law firm of Fisher, Rushmer, Werrenrath, Dickson, Talley & Dunlap, P.A. is pleased to announce that shareholder Jamie Billotte Moses was appointed president of the Legal Aid Society of the Orange County Bar Association. Ms. Moses’ began a one-year term on June 1.
Ms. Moses serves clients involved in professional malpractice litigation and appellate matters. She is active in both The Florida Bar and the Orange County Bar Association. Ms. Moses was recently appointed chair of the Professional Liability Defense Federation’s Real Estate Professional Liability Committee. She has won several awards for her service to the legal profession, including the “Most Productive Board Member” award for The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division, as well as the “New Attorney Award of Excellence” from the Legal Aid Society and “Outstanding Board Member” for the Young Lawyers Section, both from the Orange County Bar Association. She holds the highest rating assigned by Martindale-Hubbell, and was listed among Florida Trend’s “Legal Elite” in 2006 and 2009.
Ms. Moses earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and her law degree from Notre Dame Law School.
