Cole Schotz Continues Expansion Efforts in Baltimore
BALTIMORE (June 21, 2010) - June 21, 2010 – The law firm of Cole, Schotz, Meisel, Forman & Leonard, P.A. is pleased to announce the addition of Todd Chase to the firm’s Real Estate practice as special counsel. Mr. Chase is joining the firm after 10 years at DLA Piper, and will reside in the Cole Schotz Baltimore office.

Mr. Chase practices in the areas of real estate development and commercial real estate, including acquisition, disposition, development, leasing and financing. He represents lenders in construction and permanent financing. He has worked with commercial developers in all stages of development from acquisition, negotiation of easements and other property related agreements, to leasing, construction, and permanent financing. Mr. Chase earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Maryland.
