Wildman Harrold Adds Three Attorneys in Chicago Office

CHICAGO (July 15, 2010) - Wildman, Harrold, Allen & Dixon LLP is pleased to announce the addition of three attorneys to the firm’s Chicago office, associates Anne B. Holman, Joy L. Monahan and Mack H. Reed.

Ms. Holman practices in the firm’s Business Transactions department, where she advises clients on day-to-day operational issues, M&A transactions, and contractual, financing, governance and regulatory needs. Prior to joining Wildman Harrold, she was an associate in the Chicago office of Locke Lord Bissell and Liddell LLP. Ms. Holman earned her J.D. from the University of Illinois College of Law and her B.S. from the University of Notre Dame.

Ms. Monahan practices in the firm’s Business Transactions Department, counseling clients in a wide variety of restructuring and insolvency matters. She works with company representatives, financial advisors and investment bankers on a regular basis throughout the restructuring or bankruptcy process. Prior to joining Wildman Harrold, she was an associate in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Ms. Monahan earned her J.D. from the Paul M. Herbert Law Center at Louisiana State University. She also received both a Master of Public Policy and her B.A. from Georgetown University. 

Mr. Reed practices in Wildman Harrold’s Litigation Department. He has experience arbitrating recruiting disputes between broker-dealers before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and its predecessors. He has also provided employment counseling and litigation services to clients on a wide assortment of issues, with an emphasis on the enforceability of post-employment restrictive covenants. Mr. Reed earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He also received an M.A. from University of Chicago and a B.A. from the University of Delaware.
