Bradley Arant Expands Charlotte Office and National Litigation Practice with Addition of Prominent Litigator Dana C. Lumsden as Partner

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (August 4, 2010) - Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce the expansion of its Charlotte, N.C. office with the addition of prominent litigator Dana C. Lumsden as a partner.  He joins the firm from the Charlotte office of Hunton & Williams LLP.  Lumsden serves as litigation counsel to domestic and international corporations on matters involving lender liability, insurance coverage, securities, contractual disputes, and business torts.

Lumsden regularly represents national financial institutions in class actions and litigation involving commercial lending practice and consumer banking operations.  He has defended national insurance companies in a range of matters involving coverage, including environmental and property damages.  Lumsden’s other clients have included domestic and international construction, technology, and municipal services companies.
