Kleinberg Kaplan Expands Its Corporate and Real Estate Practices
NEW YORK (August 11, 2010) - The New York law firm of Kleinberg, Kaplan, Wolff & Cohen, P.C. announced that Jonathan A. Ain and Jason T. Polevoy have joined the firm as Members.
Jonathan Ain has been practicing law for more than 10 years in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, public and private offerings (including PIPEs), strategic and troubled company acquisition and disposition transactions, joint ventures and general corporate, securities and contract matters.
Mr. Ain received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and his B.A. (cum laude) from Brandeis University. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is a member of the American Bar Association. Prior to joining Kleinberg Kaplan, Mr. Ain was a shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, LLP.
Jason T. Polevoy has been practicing real estate law for more than 10 years. Mr. Polevoy has extensive experience in all aspects of complex commercial real estate, including development, sales and acquisitions, joint ventures, financing, restructurings and workouts, and office and retail leasing. His clients have included investors and developers, and office building, residential and hotel owners.
Mr. Polevoy received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and his B.A. (cum laude) from the University of Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association (Real Property Law Section and Commercial Leasing Committee) and the New York City Bar Association. Prior to joining Kleinberg Kaplan, Mr. Polevoy was a partner at McDermott Will & Emery.
