DALLAS and HOUSTON, Texas (August 26, 2010) - The law firm of Looper Reed & McGraw is pleased to announce that Scott Aston and Paul Yale were elected to the firm's Board of Directors, and Michael Kelsheimer and Matthew Sanderson were named Members and elected to the firm's Board of Directors.

Paul's practice focuses on representation of oil and gas companies in connection with oil and gas title examination and operations. He manages Looper Reed McGraw's Houston based Oil and Gas Title Examination Section and routinely performs title examinations for oil and gas producers, especially in Texas and North Dakota. Dallas attorney Michael Kelsheimer focuses his practice on the employment law needs of Texas businesses and executive employees. Michael has experience in a wide variety of employment and commercial matters including cases involving race and sex discrimination, fair labor standards, covenants not to compete, deceptive trade, fraud, negligence, and enforcement of contracts in state and federal courts as well as through binding arbitration.
