Lancaster Attorney Scott Alan Mitchell Joins McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC

LANCASTER, Pa. (September 3, 2010) - McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC is pleased to announce that attorney Scott Alan Mitchell has joined the firm's Lancaster office.

Scott practices in the firm's Asset Planning and Federal Taxation, and Business Counseling groups. He concentrates primarily in the areas of estate and trust planning and administration, with a particular emphasis on elder law, long-term care planning, and special needs planning and administration for children, adults, and trustees, and related areas of business, real estate, guardianships, and Orphans’ Court practice.

Scott received his J.D. from Regent University School of Law and his undergraduate from Millersville University, cum laude. He is a frequent speaker and presenter to professional, civic, and church groups on estate and trust issues, estate planning, long-term care planning, and special needs planning, and is a member of the Lancaster and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
