JAMS Launches Redesigned and Expanded Dispute Resolution Alert Newsletter

IRVINE, Calif. (September 7, 2010) - JAMS, the largest private provider of mediation and arbitration services worldwide, today announced the launch of its new Dispute Resolution Alert newsletter. The redesign includes a greener format, which is more compact and printed on recycled paper. There are also new sections and updates, which will make the reader’s experience more educational and enjoyable.

“We redesigned the DRA with the intention of reaching a broader audience,” said Mark Smalls, JAMS Chief Marketing Officer. “We’ve worked to create a fresh, streamlined look, added more in-depth articles and informative updates. We think our readers will appreciate the new features.” 

Some of the changes include expanding the case update section to inform readers of ADR case law and new developments. There is also an option to receive the JAMS ADR News and Case Updates electronically on a monthly basis. Additional changes include the first ADR Conversations, which covers current ADR topics of interest to attorneys, a Good Works section, which highlights community organizations and nonprofits making a difference in the community; and a new international focus for our clients and colleagues overseas. Lastly, Justin Kelly, of ADRWorld.com, who has years of experience working in the alternative dispute resolution industry, has also been hired as a Contributing Editor.
