Stradley Ronon Attorney to Moderate PBA Panel

- Stradley Ronon attorney Heather Fritts will serve as moderator for the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) panel discussion, “Straight Talk About the Risks Facing Directors & Officers,” on Sept. 21, 2010 at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute CLE Conference Center. The panel will discuss risks facing directors and officers of public companies, including securities-fraud class-action lawsuits and Securities and Exchange Commission investigations. Speakers at the event, which is sponsored by the PBA Insurance Law Committee and the Securities Regulation Committee, will include Lawrence Fine, Senior Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of Financial Lines Claims with Chartis; Kenneth Ross, Executive Vice President with Willis North America; and David Laigaie, partner and chair of the Dilworth Paxson corporate investigations/white collar crime practice group.

An associate in the firm’s securities litigation practice group, Fritts’ practice includes general commercial litigation, in particular, class action, securities litigation, mortgage and lending litigation, and insurance coverage. Fritts serves as the chair of the PBA Insurance Law Committee.
