Six Attorneys Elected into McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC Membership

HARRISBURG, Pa. (January 6, 2011) - McNees Wallace & Nurick is pleased to announce that Vance Antonacci, Erik Hume, Shawn Leppo, Samuel Lillard, Adam Long and Randy Varner have been elected as members of the law firm, effective January 1, 2011. Mr. Antonacci practices out of the firm's Lancaster, PA office, Mr. Lillard practices out of the firm's Ohio office, and Mr. Hume, Mr. Leppo, Mr. Long and Mr. Varner all work in the firm's Harrisburg, PA office.

Erik Hume practices in the firm's Real Estate and Pennsylvania Oil & Gas practice groups. He is a member of the Lancaster County Bar Association and is a graduate of Lehigh University and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Shawn Leppo practices in the Intellectual Property, Patent Division, and International Law groups at McNees. A graduate of Penn State University and the College of William and Mary, Shawn is a member of the Pennsylvania and Dauphin County Bar Associations and was listed among Pennsylvania Rising Stars for 2010.

Adam Long practices in the firm's Labor and Employment and Education Law groups. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Dauphin County Bar Associations and is a graduate of Columbia University and Duke University School of Law.

Randy Varner is a member of the firm's State and Local Tax group. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania and Dauphin County Bar Associations and is a graduate of Penn State University and The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University.

Lancaster, PA based attorney Vance Antonacci concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning and estate administration, tax and business planning, and tax-exempt finance. A graduate of Millersville University, The Dickinson School of Law and Georgetown University Law Center, Vance is a member of the Pennsylvania and Lancaster County Bar Associations. He was listed among Pennsylvania Rising Stars for 2010.

Samuel Lillard practices in the Labor and Employment, Food Industry, Injunction and Liquor License groups in the firm's Columbus, Ohio office. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and a graduate of the University of Dayton and the University of Cincinnati.
