McNees Wallace & Nurick Adds Former Barley Snyder Litigation Chair

LANCASTER, Pa. (February 3, 2011) - McNees Wallace & Nurick announced today the arrival of Kendra D. McGuire to lead the firm’s Litigation group in the Lancaster, PA office.

Bringing over 20 years of experience, Kendra works to successfully resolve legal problems and disputes in areas of fiduciary litigation, commercial litigation, and intellectual property litigation for financial institutions, companies, shareholders, educational entities and individuals. She was formerly Chair of the Litigation practice group of Barley Snyder LLC.

She received her J.D. from University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and her undergraduate degree from Franklin & Marshall College.
