Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP Announces Relocation of Boston Office

- Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP announces the relocation of its Boston office to 28 State Street, 24th Floor. The move was necessitated by the steady and continuing growth of the office, which today includes 17 lawyers, four of whom have joined within the last year, plus support staff.

Hinshaw’s Boston office opened in 2005 with eight attorneys with a footprint of approximately 9,000 square feet and over the years took on adjoining space. The new office will occupy more than 17,000 square feet.

Hinshaw’s Boston attorneys offer business and commercial counseling and litigation services to clients on a local, regional and national basis. They enjoy regional and national recognition for their experience and successes in the areas of fidelity and surety, insurance coverage and professional liability litigation. Lawyers in this office act as national coordinating counsel in products liability and medical device litigation. They are also well-known in the areas of consumer liability, including Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and mortgage-related matters; construction; personal injury; securities arbitration; and appellate advocacy.

“This move to a bigger and more efficient space will allow us to grow and better serve our clients. We now have greater space for client-related meetings and for the technology that allows us to practice law effectively and efficiently. We expect our new office space to accommodate our expanding needs for the foreseeable future,” said CharCretia V. Di Bartolo, partner-in-charge of Hinshaw’s Boston office.
