Partner Jonathan Shepard Selected By M&A Advisor As National Finalist For Top 40 Investment Management Professionals Under 40 Recognition Award

Jonathan T. Shepard, Pryor Cashman partner and Co-Chair of the firm’s Investment Management Practice, has been selected as a national finalist in the 2nd Annual 40 Under 40 M&A Advisor Recognition Awards. The M&A Advisor, renowned globally for its recognition and presentation of leading investment management, M&A, financing and turnaround professionals, created this recognition awards program to promote professional development amongst emerging business leaders.

Shepard was among a small group of attorneys who received this distinguished honor. He has significantly developed the firm’s Investment Management Practice, representing some of the leading global hedge funds and private equity firms as well as entrepreneurial start-ups. He regularly represents such clients in connection with litigation and bankruptcy proceedings and advises them on the formation and operation of all types of alternative investment vehicles, including hedge funds, fund-of-funds, venture capital, private equity funds and private real estate funds.
