Potter Anderson Adds Chancery Attorney
WILMINGTON, Del. (October 3, 2011) - Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP is pleased to announce that T. Brad Davey will join the firm as a partner in the firm's corporate practice, focusing primarily on business and corporate litigation in the Court of Chancery.
“Brad brings valuable experience in a broad range of complex litigation to our Chancery practice,” said Potter Anderson's chairman, Donald J. Wolfe, Jr. “His experience is particularly beneficial as Delaware is seeing more and more corporate governance issues being brought before the courts.”
Mr. Davey represents directors, stockholders and special committees, and has litigated matters involving a broad range of industries including communications, energy, private equity and financial institutions.
Mr. Davey received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was an articles editor of Virginia Law Review and a member of Order of the Coif, and received his undergraduate degree from Emory University. He is admitted to practice in Delaware, New York and the District of Columbia. He comes to Potter Anderson from Abrams & Bayliss LLP in Wilmington, where he was a partner in the firm's litigation practice.
