Potter Anderson Continues Chancery Practice Expansion

WILMINGTON, Del. (October 31, 2011) - Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP is pleased to announce that Matthew F. Davis has joined the firm as an associate in the firm’s corporate practice. Mr. Davis will focus his practice on business and corporate litigation in the Court of Chancery.

Mr. Davis received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law and was a notes editor of the Virginia Tax Review. He received his M.Acc. and B.S. from Brigham Young University. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Davis was a tax consultant with Ernst & Young LLP. He is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association and the American Bar Association and comes to Potter Anderson from the law firm of Abrams & Bayliss LLP in Wilmington.
