Ward & IP Team Recognized Internationally by IAM Licensing 250

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (October 31, 2011) - Moore & Van Allen’s Intellectual Property team and Henry Ward, a Member within the Charlotte IP team, have been recognized in the second edition of IAM Licensing 250: The World’s Leading Patent and Technology Licensing Practitioners.

IAM Licensing 250 names top patent and technology licensing practitioners in 25 key jurisdictions. Moore & Van Allen was one of three North Carolina firms named, and the only Charlotte firm on the list. Ward was one of three North Carolina attorneys ranked.

In order to find the individuals and firms named, researchers from Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) magazine interviewed hundreds of licensing professionals over a four month time period. They obtained in-depth information on those who stood out for their expertise in patent and technology licensing. Only practitioners generating a high degree of positive feedback, a demonstrable record of top-drawer work, and a healthy degree of specialization in licensing, made IAM’s cut.
