McNees Lancaster Office Attorneys Accept Leadership Positions

- Lancaster, PA – Effective January 1, 2012, three attorneys from the Lancaster office of McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC have been tapped for leadership roles within the firm.

Kendra D. McGuire has been named member-in-charge of the Lancaster office. The firm’s Lancaster office staff has nearly doubled in size since it relocated its offices to Lausch Lane in Manheim Township in 2008. Kendra has over 20 years experience as a litigator, and practices in the firm's Litigation and Asset Planning and Federal Taxation groups. She is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and is a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Lancaster Bar Associations.

Bruce J. Wolstoncroft, previous head of the Lancaster office, has accepted the role of co-chair of the firm’s Intellectual Property group. Bruce graduated from Carnegie-Mellon University and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and is also a member of the American, Pennsylvania and Lancaster Bar Associations.

Donna L. Kreiser will become co-chair the firm's Financial Services and Public Finance group. Donna graduated from Shippensburg University and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Bond Lawyers and the Pennsylvania and Lancaster Bar Associations.

The leadership changes reflect the hard work and dedication that the firm's attorneys have exemplified through a continued commitment to putting “clients first.” Together with the addition of several new attorneys in the Lancaster office in 2011, the firm has enhanced and complemented its existing practices to include capabilities in orphans court litigation and elder law.
