Moore & Van Allen Welcomes New Corporate Attorney
CHARLESTON, S.C. (November 29, 2011) - Ann Hsu Kaufman has joined Moore & Van Allen's Charleston office Corporate Practice Group as Counsel.
Kaufman practices corporate law, with a focus on commercial real estate law, project and structured finance, and distressed asset management and workouts. Most recently, Kaufman served as volunteer counsel for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She earned her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law and is licensed to practice in South Carolina, the District of Columbia and Virginia.
Kaufman is the Major Events Director of the American Association of Malaysia Board, a founding member of the Texas Law Alumni Washington, DC chapter, and a member of the University of Texas Law Excellence in Diversity Alumni Board Committee.
