Diane Felix Becomes Board Member of the Missouri Society of Health Care Attorneys

- St. Louis, MO – Diane Felix, an Armstrong Teasdale partner, has been elected to a three-year term as a board member of the Missouri Society of Health Care Attorneys, an organization affiliated with the Missouri Hospital Association.

A member of the firm’s Corporate Services practice group, Felix represents health care providers in a range of matters including Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement, licensure and certification, preparation and negotiation of contracts, and operational questions. She has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® for her work in health care law in every edition since 1991.

Felix received her J.D. in 1977 from Washington University School of Law and B.A. in 1974 from Purdue University.
