Armstrong Teasdale Elects Seven New Partners

Louis M. Bubala III (Reno, Nevada). Lou represents creditors in all aspects of the debtor-creditor relationship. In this role he advises lenders, landlords, vendors and other creditors on the recovery of property from debtors in bankruptcy proceedings. Admitted to practice in Nevada, Lou received his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law and B.A. from Indiana University School of Journalism. He is a member of the Washoe County Bar Association, State Bar of Nevada, American Bar Association, Northern Nevada Bankruptcy Bar Association and American Bankruptcy Institute.
Mary M. Machon (St. Louis). Mary is a member of the firm’s Real Estate practice group and counsels local and national owners, users, investors, developers and bank and non-bank lenders in a wide variety of real estate and banking matters. Admitted to practice in Missouri and Illinois, she earned her J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law and B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. Mary is a member of The Missouri Bar, Illinois State Bar Association, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and Urban Land Institute.
M. Quinn Murphy (St. Louis). An experienced litigator with a practice focus on general business and commercial litigation, Quinn's experience includes trial and arbitration proceedings both locally and nationally. Admitted to practice in Missouri and Illinois, he received his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law and M.B.A and B.A. from Drury University. Quinn is a member of The Missouri Bar and Illinois State Bar Association.
Todd R. Nissenholtz (St. Louis). A member of the Litigation practice group, Todd is an experienced trial attorney with a varied and highly successful practice concentrating in the areas of products liability, tort, insurance, non-compete and construction. He has successfully tried matters in Missouri and Illinois District Courts and the U.S. District Courts in the Eastern District of Missouri and Southern District of Illinois. Todd earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law and B.A. from the University of Texas. He is a member of The Missouri Bar and Illinois State Bar Association.
Daniel Sakaguchi (St. Louis). Daniel is a member of the Litigation practice group and concentrates in the areas of commercial law, intellectual property, construction, telecommunications and ERISA. He has tried jury cases to verdict in state and federal courts and has significant bench trial and arbitration experience. Admitted to practice in Missouri, Illinois and California, Daniel received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, M.A. in German and B.A. in German and Comparative Literature from the University of California, Berkeley. He is a member of The Missouri Bar, Missouri Asian American Bar Association, National Asian Pacific America Bar Association, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and the Defense Research Institute. Civically, Daniel is involved with the Missouri Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence and the Asian American Chamber of Commerce of St. Louis.
Jeffrey Schultz (St. Louis). Jeff is a business and commercial litigator and chair of Armstrong Teasdale's Social Media practice group. Much of his practice focuses on counseling individuals and organizations through complex disputes involving the misappropriation of trade secrets, computer tampering, non-disclosure agreements, non-compete agreements, commercial contracts and social networking law. Admitted to practice in Missouri and Illinois, Jeff received his J.D. from Washington University School of Law and B.A. from Truman State University. He was named a “Rising Star” by Missouri/Kansas Super Lawyers® in 2011. Active in the profession, Jeff is a member of The Missouri Bar and Illinois State Bar Association and serves as Vice Chair of the Missouri Bar Technology and Computer Law Committee.
William J. Zychlewicz (St. Louis). A registered U.S. patent attorney, Bill is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Services and Future Energy practice groups. Spending much of his early career in the electric and gas utility industry, he introduces a unique outlook when guiding clients in the management, protection, and enforcement of their technology. Admitted to practice in Missouri and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Bill earned his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law and B.S. from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He is a member of The Missouri Bar.
