Four Attorneys Elected into McNees Wallace & Nurick LLC Membership

HARRISBURG, Pa. (January 10, 2012) - McNees Wallace & Nurick is pleased to announce that Devin Chwastyk, Rebecca Finkenbinder, Andrew Oltmans and Jeffrey van Bastelaar have been elected as members of the law firm, effective January 1, 2012. All of the attorneys practice out of the firm's Harrisburg, PA office.

Devin Chwastyk practices in the firm's Litigation, Appellate and Post Trial and Education groups. A graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and Georgetown University Law Center, Devin is a member of the Pennsylvania and Dauphin County Bar Associations and was listed among the Pennsylvania Rising Stars since 2010.

Rebecca Finkenbinder practices in the firm's Intellectual Property and Food Industry groups. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Dauphin County Bar Associations and was listed among the Pennsylvania Rising Stars in 2008 and to the MS Leadership Class of 2009. Rebecca is a graduate of Shippensburg University (B.A.), Temple University (M.B.A.) and The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University (J.D.).

Andrew Oltmans practices in the Intellectual Property and Patent groups. He is a graduate of Drexel University and George Mason University School of Law, and is a member of the Pennsylvania, Lancaster and Dauphin County Bar Associations.

Jeffrey van Bastelaar practices in the firm's Business Counseling, Automotive Dealership Law, Mergers and Acquisitions and Securities groups. Jeff graduated from The Pennsylvania State University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and is a member of the Pennsylvania and Dauphin County Bar Associations.
