Verrill Dana Announces Promotions
PORTLAND, Maine (January 13, 2012) - Verrill Dana is pleased to begin 2012 with the announcement of two attorney promotions and a change in title for a member of our administrative team.
Verrill Dana attorney Tim Shannon has been elected a partner of the firm. Tim joined Verrill Dana in May of 2010 after working in the litigation department of a large Boston firm. He serves Verrill Dana clients from the firm’s litigation and intellectual property groups. Tim is a graduate of Yale University and holds a masters degree in History from Oxford University. His law degree is from Harvard Law School.
Verrill Dana attorney Anne Birgel Cunningham has been promoted to Counsel. Anne serves clients in Verrill Dana’s Labor & Employment Group. She is a graduate of Georgetown University and earned her law degree at the Franklin Pierce Law Center.
David Bois’ title has changed from Executive Director to Chief Operating Officer to more accurately reflect his position at Verrill Dana and his practice in the profession. David has served Verrill Dana since 1996. He is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and earned his M.B.A. at Babson College.
