Rainey Kizer Attorneys to Address Tennessee Bar Education Program

JACKSON, Tenn. (January 27, 2012) - Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, PLC (Rainey Kizer) partners Rusty Reviere and Angela Youngberg will be featured speakers at the Tennessee Bar Association’s Continuing Legal Education Program held in Snowmass, CO.

Reviere will open the conference with a presentation on jury selection and opening statements. Youngberg is scheduled to speak on the topic “What’s Hot in Healthcare Law?”

Reviere heads the firm’s Tort and Insurance Practice Group. He has been selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® in the specialty of Insurance Law. He is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. A member of the Memphis Bar Foundation, Reviere recently was elected counselor for the Howell Edmunds Jackson Inn of Court Chapter. He is a past president of the University of Memphis Law School Alumni Association.

Youngberg also has earned inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® in her specialty of Healthcare Law. She is Chair-elect of the Health Law Section of the Tennessee Bar Association, a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, and a member of the Howell Edmunds Jackson Inn of Court Chapter.
