Firm Adds Three Lawyers and Changes Name to Langsam Stevens Silver & Hollaender LLP
PHILADELPHIA (February 7, 2012) - Langsam Stevens and Silver is pleased to announce the addition of 3 lawyers to the firm, including seasoned insurance defense litigator Kim Hollaender. The firm will now be known as Langsam Stevens Silver & Hollaender LLP. Joining with Mr. Hollaender are partner Robert S. Stickley and associate Charles M. Adams.

Mr. Hollaender focuses his practice on the full spectrum of complex coverage and insurance defense litigation. Since his departure from the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office in 1990, he has devoted the majority of his practice servicing insurance industry clients. In addition to handling environmental coverage actions and serving as oversight counsel for carriers, he has defended mass torts including asbestos and a wide variety of chemical exposures cases nationwide. A member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars, Mr. Hollaender received his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona (B.S. 1976), earned a Masters in Environmental Science from Drexel University (M.S. 1980), and law degree from Widener University School of Law (J.D. 1986).
Robert S. Stickley and Charles M. Adams are experienced in a broad range of product liability practice, construction defect litigation and have particular expertise in auto and trucking industry matters. Mr. Stickley graduated from the University of Delaware (B.A.A.S. 1991) and Widener University School of Law (J.D. 1997).
In addition to being an attorney, Mr. Adams has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, and is currently pursuing his Charter Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. He earned degrees from Richard Stockton State College with honors (B.A. 1988), Eastern University (M.B.A.1997) and the Rutgers School of Law (J.D. 2009). Mr. Stickley and Mr. Adams are Members of both the Pennsylvania and NJ Bars.
