The law firm of Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C. is pleased to announce that prominent Chicago corporate attorney Michael L. O’Shaughnessy has joined the firm as a Partner. Mr. O’Shaughnessy comes to Greensfelder from the Chicago office of Quarles & Brady LLP.

Charlene Frizzera and Gregory G. Enas have joined the health and life sciences team at FaegreBD Consulting as senior advisors. Both will serve clients from the firm's Washington, D.C. office, and Enas will also work from Indianapolis.
