McNees attorney, Barbara Darkes, has accepted the role of co-chair of the firm's Litigation practice. This will be an exciting addition for Darkes, who also currently chairs the Transportation, Distribution and Logistics group. McNees has experienced great success with co-chairperson roles in its practice groups, Litigation being the fourth area with an added co-chairperson.

International law firm Duane Morris LLP is pleased to announce that Baltimore office managing partner George Nemphos has been named chair of the firm’s worldwide Corporate Practice Group. Nemphos succeeds partner John Horstmann as head of the more than 130-lawyer practice.
