Duane Morris is pleased to announce that Bryan T. Bennett has joined the firm's Health Law Practice Group as a special counsel in its Philadelphia office. Duane Morris LLP is pleased to announce that Robert L. Pratter, former Pennsylvania executive deputy general counsel and acting insurance commissioner, and previously a partner with Duane Morris for 25 years, has rejoined the firm’s Philadelphia office as of counsel.

H. Patrick Callahan of Baker & Daniels LLP has been named to the national Board of Advisors of the Legal Sales and Service Organization (LSSO), the only national organization focused on sales, service excellence and process improvement in the legal profession. Callahan and 10 other professionals will serve a two-year board term extending through 2012.
